  1. 8:00 AM - Morning Huddle: Kick off the day with positivity. You will gather your team of 15-20 customer care agents for a quick, uplifting meeting, reviewing daily service level agreements (SLAs) and celebrating yesterday's successes.
  2. 10:00 AM - Live Coaching & Shadowing: Spend time "plugged in" with your newer agents. You will listen to live calls, utilizing an encouraging, mentorship-focused approach to help them navigate difficult conversations and improve their soft skills.
  3. 1:00 PM - Escalation Command: Step in as the final authority. When an agent cannot resolve a highly complex or emotional customer issue, you take the call. You will utilize your advanced system permissions and profound emotional intelligence to restore the customer's faith in the brand.
  4. 4:00 PM - Metric Analysis: Review the daily dashboard. Analyze your team's average handle time (AHT) and customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores, drafting thoughtful strategies to improve efficiency without sacrificing quality care.
